Description

For a long shelf life, maximal insect attraction, and effective trapping, funnel traps are only produced from virgin materials. Mass catching of insects is an ecologica technique that is safe for the environment and tailored to each individual insect. The technique involves employing sexual pheromones to attract as many males of the problematic insect as possible, thereby minimizing crop damage. The consequences of mass trapping are primarily visible during the second year of use. Funnel traps are extremely adaptable traps used to catch a variety of moths. The bait from the trap’s underbelly is typically present in funnel traps, and it is used to attract and capture insects to prevent damage to the crop.
